My name is Daniel Zimmerman, and my passion is building collaborative, creative relationships that spark transformation. For over a decade, I’ve worked with business owners in management and as a certified coach, but what truly lights me up is connecting, collaborating, and creating with others. I love witnessing the momentum and growth that unfolds when people discover what inspires them and step into their true potential.
Raised in the Midwest, I eventually leapt to Los Angeles, where I immersed myself in the world of entertainment — both on stage and behind the scenes. Performing in shows and stand-up comedy fueled my creativity, while project management and accounting honed my gift for structure and organization. It was during this time that I discovered NetworkSpinal and AlchemE, and everything shifted.
Alongside my mentors, Dr. Christopher George and Donny Epstein, I spent four years immersed in powerful energetic practices that transformed my life. I became aware of “who” was leading in each moment, started saying yes to opportunities I once would have turned down, and deepened my most important relationships. Ultimately, I realized I was here for something greater than myself: to collaborate, connect, and create in service of others and humanity.
This realization led me into the AlchemE Mentor Program, a three-year intensive where I experienced these creative forces firsthand and trained to mentor others in unlocking the same wisdom and magic. With an arsenal of tools and a passion for impact, I launched my businesses to support others in their own passions, including a bookkeeping business and what has now become my greatest calling — Leading Role Life.
Today, my journey continues as I consciously choose effective “leading roles” at pivotal moments, guided by unseen forces that expand what we call reality. I’ve witnessed the profound impact of this work in my own life, with friends, family, and colleagues — and now, as your energetic mentor, I look forward to what it can make possible for you and the many lives you touch.
I live in West Hollywood, CA, with my partner, Nick, enjoying the sunshine, creativity, and frequent trips to Disneyland.
